tramTRACKER^® uses the latest real-time technology to track all our trams.

With tramTRACKER^® there are three ways to get real-time tram arrival information by phone:

• Voice
• SMS
• Mobile Internet

Voice

You can call tramTRACKER^® from any mobile or landline phone, but first you’ll need to know the Tracker Stop ID for the tram stop of your choice.

The four digit Tracker Stop ID is displayed on a green sticker at the tram stop or you can find it on the green tramTRACKER^® panel to the left. You can also find a Tracker Stop ID by phoning 131 638 and stating the location of the tram stop and the direction in which you wish to travel.

Once you know the Tracker Stop ID, you can call tramTRACKER^® on
1300 MYTRAM (that's 1300 698726)

IVR call cost $0.25/higher for STD/Mobiles

A voice message will let you know when the next three trams are expected to arrive at your stop.

SMS

To find out when the next three trams are expected to arrive at your tram stop simply...

SMS your Tracker Stop ID to 199YARRA (that's 19992772)

SMS cost $0.55

Mobile Internet

If your mobile phone or handheld device has Internet access, you can use your web browser to get free real-time tram arrival information with tramTRACKER^®.

Just visit http://www.tramtracker.com

It you already know your Tracker Stop ID, just enter the number and the Route number if you want to specify a particular destination. You can also specify whether you want tramTRACKER^® to provide low floor tram information only. There is also a Tracker Stop ID finder.
